Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Late Policy

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure timely service for others.

Arrival Time

Please avoid arriving more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment as our small salon space may disrupt the previous session.

Guests

If you plan to bring a guest, please notify us in advance, as our lounge area has limited space.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-transferable. In the case of medical reasons, refunds may be provided for unused packages, minus any applicable fees. Packages are valid for 1 year. Gift cards never expire.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and digital payments.

Gratuity

Gratuities are kindly appreciated and can be given in cash or via Venmo.

Tax

A 4.5% service tax will be applied to treatments, and an 8.875% NY sales tax will be applied to product purchases.

Referral Program

We appreciate your referrals! As a thank you, both you and the referred guest will receive a 10% coupon for your next visit.
