Though this therapy focuses on the head, it doesn’t begin there.
You start lying comfortably on your stomach, and I place my hands on your back to understand where your body is holding tension. The back, neck, and shoulder blades often reveal the true origins of head discomfort — the kind that becomes headaches, jaw tightness, and mental fatigue.
From this first touch, the treatment unfolds naturally:
a gentle opening around the shoulder blades,
a soft unwinding along the neck,
and a release that allows the head to follow without force.
When you turn over, the work continues through the décolleté, head, and jawline, creating spaciousness and calm. Each session is tailored moment by moment — pressure, rhythm, and sequence adjust to what your body needs that day.
This process restores balance to the nervous system, supports lymphatic circulation, and often improves sleep and clarity. Many clients notice a natural lift and brightness in the face — even without direct facial massage.
