How often should I have the treatment?

For optimal results, facial treatments are recommended every two weeks to a month. For Head & Neck therapy and Reiki healing, treatments can be done once a week to once a month, depending on your individual needs and preferences.

What do I wear during the treatment?

We provide a robe for all Spa services, so there’s no need to worry about what to wear.

Do I need to remove makeup before the facial treatment?

No need! We’ll cleanse your skin for you using our gentle, original cleanser, Puresterra’s Pure Cleanse, to prepare your skin for the treatment.

Can I exercise after the treatment?

It’s recommended to avoid any activity that heats up your skin such as exercise that makes you sweat, hot yoga, running, hot tub.

Do you provide extraction?

We do not offer manual pore extractions, as we believe it’s not the most effective or gentle way to cleanse the pores. Manual extractions often involve harsh chemicals, which can lead to allergic reactions for some individuals. Our treatments focus on safer and more effective methods to promote clear and healthy skin.

Do you have a shower, sauna, or steam room?

No, we do not have these facilities available.
